In some cases, we may contact you to arrange an in-person appointment for further evaluation. You may also schedule a visit to the nearest Able Gallery office. If your item is not a fit for one of our auctions, we will gladly recommend alternative sale options.

Shipping and Insurance

We can assist you in arranging shipment of your property to one of our auction venues. Please contact your nearest Able Gallery location for coordination. As the consignor, you are responsible for packing, shipping, and insurance costs, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Pricing and Payment

Every consignment includes a seller agreement that outlines the reserve price and commission structure. For sold items, payment will be issued within 45 days after the sale, provided full payment has been received from the buyer.

The amount remitted to you will reflect the hammer price minus the agreed commission and any related expenses. If the bidding does not reach the reserve, your item will not be sold. In that case, you may choose to:

• Retain your item
• Resubmit it for a future auction
• Offer it through our private sales channel

Any pre-approved charges, such as photography, handling, or storage, will be invoiced after the auction. If a lot remains unsold, fees may still apply based on the reserve price.
