Completing Your Payment

Winning bidders may pay immediately after the auction or await an invoice provided by our Post-Sale Service team, including detailed payment instructions and shipping quotes based on your earlier preferences. Your total invoice will include the hammer price, buyer’s premium, overhead premium, and applicable local taxes. In some regions, Able Gallery collects resale royalties (“droit de suite”) for eligible artworks by artists from the European Economic Area (EEA), indicated by a ⊕ symbol.

Payment methods include bank transfers, cheques, or cash (subject to legal limitations). Certain Able Gallery locations may accept specific credit cards; please contact the relevant office for further details. Payments must originate directly from the invoiced buyer.

For purchases made in London or New York, provide your shipping address at registration, and you’ll receive a detailed shipping quote upon completion of the sale. For other locations, directly contact the relevant Able Gallery office to arrange transportation.

Understanding Lot Symbols
